What is the Souper Douper?

 

 The Souper Douper is IDignity’s annual fundraiser! This year our goal is to raise $100,000 with your help!  This fundraiser will allow us to help others understand and support the critical work IDignity does by helping to restore hope and dignity by assisting individuals in obtaining their identification documents.

Would You Like to be a Souper Champion?

The Souper Douper Fundraiser is a friend-to-friend fundraiser. This means YOU can host your very own Souper Party to share your love of IDignity with your family and friends. No prior experience is needed, we will equip you for a successful event. If you wish to be a Souper Champion reach out to Anne Taylor, annetaylor@idignity.org. Because you can tell our story better than anyone! As an IDignity ambassador, you believe in our mission.You’ve seen how our work makes a life-changing difference to our clients. We are counting on you to reach out to some friends and family and tell them about IDignity and the importance of the work we do.  

Choose a date that works best for you, then simply invite a comfortable number of people you know (family, friends, relatives, neighbors, co-workers, and friends-of-friends) to share refreshments or a meal. During the gathering, tell your guests about IDignity’s work. Share your stories and enthusiasm for the hope we offer our clients. We'll provide a short compelling video of a client’s story whose life has been transformed with IDignity's help to show your group. At the end of the video, there will be directions on how to make a donation to IDignity from a phone or device.

Anywhere you like! In your home or office, in your backyard or even your favorite gathering place. Wherever you and your group will be most comfortable. There does need to be access to a screen where the program can be shared.
