You would never believe that today is Rosa’s 93rd birthday if she wasn’t holding a freshly printed birth certificate in her hand.
Birthed by a midwife in the 1920s, Rosa had never actually seen a copy of her birth certificate until she came to our April client services event. We’re so glad we could help her and her daughter obtain her birth certificate quickly.
