Celebrity Chef Guide

Thank you for serving as a Celebrity Judge at IDignity’s Souper Douper! Your participation helps make this signature fundraising event a memorable evening while supporting IDignity’s mission of restoring dignity and hope by helping individuals obtain the identification documents they need to rebuild their lives.

Once you have spoken with our team, please complete this quick digital registration to officially confirm your participation.

Event Schedule: March 11, 2027

5:00 PM | Arrival & Check-In

  • Check in with the Celebrity Chef event liaison.
  • You’ll receive a brief event overview and any materials you’ll need.

5:30 PM | Group Photo

  • Meet for the Celebrity Judges group photo before guests begin tasting.

5:45–6:30 PM | Judge the Soups

  • Sample all seven soups.
  • Visit each chef’s station and enjoy interacting with guests and chefs throughout the evening.
  • Complete your judging ballot as you taste.

6:30–6:45 PM | Judges’ Deliberation
 Together, you’ll determine:

  • Critics’ Choice – Best Soup
  • Critics’ Choice – Most Unique Soup

People’s Choice Award

  • Guests will vote throughout the evening to select the People’s Choice Best Soup winner.

6:55 PM | Backstage

  • All Celebrity Judges and Chefs will gather backstage before making a joint entrance into the ballroom. Together, you’ll be recognized on stage before presenting the awards.

During the Event

We encourage you to:

  • Engage with guests and chefs throughout the evening.
  • Ask chefs about their inspiration and ingredients.
  • Help create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Enjoy the experience while representing IDignity and our mission.
